A good fit to your new bike, and gearing suited to your riding is vital and we are commited to ensuring you buy a bike which is right for you.

When you purchase a West Malling Cycles Carbon Bike, you will receive – ABSOLUTELY FREE –  a basic bike fit with James at J C Bike Fit BEFORE we order the parts for your bike, James will discuss the type of riding you will be doing, your priorities for equipment and gearing, and any additional things which will make a difference to the size and type of bike you buy, such as aches pains you may experience when riding, or different gearing requirements to make hills easier or sprinting faster. He will focus on your body position on the bike and make adjustments using 4-way video analysys  to allow you to be comfortable and have an efficient stress free pedal stroke.

We will then use that information to build YOUR bike to suit you, setting the saddle height, reach, handlebar width, stem length, lever position, crank length and gearing. It will be like a Savile Row suit, a bike tailored to fit YOU.
